FKWT sponsored a charitable event (costing approximately £200) involving a recreational expedition for 22 special needs children from around the district of Charoi, Azad Kashmir. The trust coordinated a visit for these deprived children, to the thriving City of Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. This took place on 21st July 2010 and proved to be a huge success, particularly considering the majority of these children had never before ventured outside their homes due to lack of resources and appropriate facilities for the disabled. The trust also donated 15 wheelchairs to the disabled children in the region of Damas in response to their plea for such equipment and for which the operational costs amounted to approximately £500.
